Shipping is free on all US orders over $65! Shipping is free on domestic orders outside the US over $85, and there is a flat $15 shipping fee for orders under $85. Once shipped, orders within the US typically arrive in 1-5 days.

As of May 1, 2025, we will no longer ship to Canada.

If your candle is damaged in transit, don't worry! Contact our candle care team - we will replace it for free!

*Fall candle trial pre-orders will ship on July 7!

All average shipping times assume no delays. Shipping times may be longer to Hawaii, Alaska, or during the holidays. We package your candles with extra care to protect them from weather and possible damage that may occur during shipping. However, in extremely hot or cold conditions, we recommend minimizing the amount of time the package sits outside (at your doorstep).
