Can I return or exchange my candle?

We know buying candles online can be a hassle. At Hallie Marshall, our priority is to make sure you're happy with every candle you buy, every time. That's why we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Is your candle not smelling as good as you expected? Did it arrive in poor condition? Contact our candle care team - we'll replace your candle at no charge and help you find your perfect scent.

How do I change my order?
We get it - sometimes you change your mind after checking out! We are unable to make product changes to existing orders at this time, please contact us here. We will cancel your order and place a new order with all the candles you need!
If you only need to change the address of your order, you can do so on the order confirmation page within 50 minutes of checkout. Otherwise, contact us here and we will update you!

How do I access my account?
You don't need an account to place an order!
If you already have an account at HallieMarshall.shop, you can log in here at any time to access your account information. Once logged in, you can view your purchase history and shipping addresses on file! You can also download the Shop App to easily access all your orders, track your candles, and make purchases!
